Blue Dish with Dried Corn
Description: A painting depicting a blue bowl with a scrap of paper resting on a wood plank table. The bowl is filled with a dried corn, two gourds, and two root vegetables. In front of the bowl a pear is resting on it's side. The painting is rendered with a realistic color palette and thinner brush strokes, which imbue the artwork with a naturalistic quality. The artwork is housed in a decorative gold-colored wood frame with a linen-wrapped liner and a gold-colored wood fillet.
